The Foundation's Board is a collegial executive authority of the Foundation's management.
Citizens of the Russian Federation who are ready to participate in the activities of the Foundation, assist in achieving the statutory objectives of the Foundation and are accepted as members of the Foundation Board and accepted as members of the Foundation Board.
