The Council of Trustees is a collegial authority of the Foundation that supervises the activities of the Foundation, the adoption of decisions by other authorities of the Foundation and ensuring their implementation, the use of the Foundation's resources, and the Foundation's compliance with the legislation.
Members of the Council of Trustees may be Olympic champions, representatives of sports organizations and associations, government and public figures, as well as persons who have provided financial support (contributed to financial support) to the activities of the Foundation in the amounts recommended by the Presidium of the Council of Trustees of the Foundation in the period preceding the election of such persons to the Council of Trustees.
