The ceremony took place immediately after the athletes were given state awards in the Kremlin Palace. The Foundation's grants - automobiles - were presented by the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation Dmitry Medvedev and Aide to the President of the Russian Federation, Deputy Chairman - Chairman of the Presidium of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation Igor Levitin.
